Anyone who tells you that it is easy, they are lying. Getting a six pack and being lean is hard and even unhealthy to be under 10 % body fat all year long. It needs discipline, consistency and sacrifice. You have to be in a caloric deficit. What does that mean? It means that you have to burn more than you eat. It is an equation, energy out must be greater than energy in. Don't complicate things, choose the diet which suits you , eat less , burn more and do at least 30 minutes cardio after your workout .
